Our team leaders are distinguished by their repeated success through multiple organisations.  They have previously held leadership roles in professional services and industry, have a healthy combination of strategic and tactical experience, and many hold Board and Executive roles elsewhere.

Their teams are primarily composed of our clients’ staff, with industry or technical specialists as required.

	Gerry Barr Gerry has provided Board level advice for transformative programs and investment portfolio governance across Financial Services and Government for over thirty years. Prior to Capability, Gerry held senior roles at DMR, AT&T, Group.Joy and IBM.
	Godfrey Boyd Godfrey is an accomplished senior project executive with the rare combination of strategic and hands-on skills and experience. His expertise as a project professional has been honed through engagements with Bupa, ANZ, Telstra, BHP, Department of Defence, Department of Justice, Suncorp and Virgin Blue.
	Vince Gill Vince is a is a leading executive adviser for transformative programs, digital business design and delivery. Clients include leaders in banking, logistics, manufacturing, consumer goods, superannuation and Government.  Prior to Capability, Vince held senior roles at Oakton and KPMG.
	Imre Hegedus Imre has 15 years’ corporate experience in Telecommunications fulfilling various roles in the areas of productivity improvement, product portfolio improvement strategies, business improvement, and enterprise-wide process management and improvement. Specific disciplines of expertise include process and productivity improvement and Business Process Management (BPM).  Imre is also author of two books on transformation and improved performance through Business Process Management and Improvement methodologies.
	Jurek Kubiena Jurek is a technology entrepreneur who has led many technology functions and professional service practices.  Prior to Capability, Jurek held senior roles at NAB, HunterPAC, Reveal Group, AT Kearney and Accenture.
	Kerri Lawrence Kerri is an experienced Program, Project and Change Management executive with a proven track record of delivering strategic projects on time and within budget in highly competitive and complex environments. With extensive industry wide experience across a number of sectors Kerri has led and successfully executed strategic business opportunities and across Australia, the UK and Europe.  Prior to Capability, Kerri held executive roles within GE, Glaxo Smith Kline, PwC and Government.
	Michelle Murray Michelle is an accomplished consultant leading and delivering transformational business, IT and digital change.   She is known for designing pragmatic solutions tailored to changing environments taking People, Leaders and Boards on the journey of change. Michelle brings skills strengthened through industry leadership and extensive consulting experience with premier consulting organisations, including Strategy&, AT Kearney, Deloitte and KPMG. She enjoys hands-on delivery and mentoring teams to achieve excellence.
	Jim Walker Jim a strategic executive with a solid and successful drive to change programs and produce favourable financial outcomes.  He brings has wealth of IT literacy and business acumen, which he draws on to successfully advocate business interests and outcomes to a diverse scope IT groups.  Jim has held executive roles with IBM, KPMG, SAP and ThoughtWorks.
	Andrew Wegener Andrew specialises in designing and executing large scale business transformations partnering with executive teams to achieve their multi-year strategic goals – through projects, programs and PMO’s across different sectors including Telecommunications, Energy, Government, Media and Financial Services. With a rare blend of Consulting and Executive level industry experience spanning key leadership roles including productivity, operating models, organisation design and transformation design and delivery he brings a practical approach to improving organisation performance.
