How we got hereIndustry research and client needs led to three generations of innovation – governance for optimal investment portfolios and sponsor/owner support, delivery for business execution of transformation programs often including core platforms, and digital for automation of operations or customer services.
- Governance Capability (1994+). Recognising the client need to better equip leaders to arrest the large scale underperformance of technology-enabled projects.
